― IMPULSIVE: Grelle's impulsiveness is seen throughout the series along with her flamboyant love for the dramatic. After all, Grelle is a fan of theatre and it isn't too hard to see that she sees herself as the main character. She is willing to break some rules if it means she can get what she wants. This is mostly seen with Madam Red, the woman who she found herself doing the Jack the Ripper killings with. Grelle actually sympathized with the woman's plight and decided to help her even if it broke the Grim Reaper's code. Grelle doesn't tend to care much consequences as long as she's satisfied. She even tends to blow off work just so she can fight, especially with a certain demon butler that she finds herself drawn to.

― SELFISH: Grelle does what Grelle pleases. It's as simple as that! She wants what she can't have but, funnily enough, Grelle doesn't know what to do with something once she gets it. She actually can get quiet bored with something if it doesn't pose a challenge to her. Grelle's selfishness is best seen when she kills Madam Red for her not killing Ciel. Despite them being partners in crime, Grelle eliminated her for being the weakest link between the two of them because she did not have the guts for following through with their goals. Grelle has commented before that she does not like weak people because they don't entertain her. Even when on the job, Grelle seems to only care for herself and is even willing to go against Grim Reaper code unless stopped despite the fact that she only recently got her Death Scythe back.

― LASIVIOUS: Despite going on and on about how much of a old-fashioned lady she is, Grelle can be quite sexually crude. She will unabashedly admit how she is turned on, even during a fight and to the object of her affections. Grelle is attracted to plenty of people, both men and women. But only if they are interesting to her. The main people that interest Grelle are people that she cannot have. Grelle is both a sadist and a masochist, wanting to dominate in combat but also adoring being demeaned. Grelle "falls in lust" more often than she falls in love but it isn't impossible for her. She is just more focused on the thrill than her own deeper feelings on things when it comes to the heart.

― RESPONSIBLE: After facing suspension for his involved in the Jack the Ripper killings, Grelle has actually become a lot more responsible now. Especially when it comes to Grim Reaping and his job. While he does take moments to enjoy himself from time to time, Grelle understands when it's time to work. While she may not like it, she understands that some things have to be done no matter what. Grelle shows repulsion at Undertaker's plans and how many rules he's broken, Ronald Knox commenting that it's funny that Grelle is the one saying it of all people. Grelle and Undertaker have both messed with the lives of humans in their own ways, which Undertaker comments on. Grelle brushes him off and doesn't let the comment get to her, focusing on the mission on killing Undertaker showing that she is able to control herself at times.

Powers and Abilities:
― Physical Capabilities: Grim Reapers are gifted with the ability of enhanced agility and endurance that helps them fight and collect the records of people that pose to be a challenge.
― Soul Review: By using her Death Scythe, Grelle is able to review a dying person's Cinematic Records. These are the person's memories from the start of their life all the way to their death. She is able to collect them and even able to touch them like a physical thing.
Inventory:
― Death Scythe: Grelle uses it for soul collection but it works just as well as a regular weapon. It's in the shape of a chainsaw.
― Soul Retrieval List: A book full of future souls that are assigned to die. Ever since coming to Duplicity, it has become completely empty.
